At the epicenter of global innovation, the West Coast Regions of the International Fiscal Association invite you to our first annual joint conference. This year's conference will highlight and discuss US and global research and development tax incentives,
including their critical role in the rapidly changing landscape of international tax law and tax policy. We look forward to a day of thoughtful engagement and networking.
The program will include discussions on:
- The role of R&D in international tax planning and tax policy
- The interaction of R&D and Pillar 2
- Selected country approaches to incentivizing R&D
- Current trends in R&D credit controversies
- R&D tax accounting methods – proposed regulations and proposed legislation
