Refund Policy

Speakers, content and panel order are subject to change without notice, and registrations may be limited. This meeting is subject to cancelation due to insufficient registration or other reasons, in which case full refunds will be made free of processing fees.

 

As IFA USA incurs certain expenses prior to the conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancelation policy:

 

• 21 working days before the event, or earlier: refund 100%, less an administration fee of 20% of the registration fee
• less than 21 working days before the event: no refund

 

There are no refunds possible less than 21 days before the event, however a substitution is possible at any time prior to the conference at no charge. All cancelations must be received in writing by e-mail.

 

Refunds will be provided by check or by applying a refund to the credit card used for the initial registration. There will be no refunds granted for registrants who do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Program Cancelation Policy

In the event of a program cancelation, IFA USA will reach out to all registered delegates to communicate the cancelation and will request confirmation that the notification has been received.  First attempts will be made by email and subsequent attempts by phone until we have confirmed will all delegates and speakers. The website and mobile app (if applicable) will be updated with a cancelation notice.
