Program:

Join us on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 12-1pm EDT (via Zoom platform).

Since the enactment of the TCJA in 2017, the international tax reporting aspect of U.S. federal income taxation has dramatically changed. From GILTI to FTC and Crypto to Sch. K2/K3, compliance with these rules becomes a seemingly daunting tax. Join us on April 7th as we discuss updates in international tax for the 2021 compliance season. We will discuss how to comply with an ever-expanding set of complex tax rules, forms and schedules needed by practitioners for both inbound and outbound taxpayers.

By the end of this session, participants will gain an understanding of the following:

  • Understand the complexities of the 2021 international compliance season;
  • Learn new updates on corporate reporting for outbound/inbound transactions; and
  • Familiarize with the new crypto and Sch. K2/K3 reporting
