This panel will arm you with information you need to minimize the complexity of and penalties related to foreign tax redeterminations. Topics of discussion will include identifying foreign tax redeterminations, applying exceptions to filing amended returns, and potential mitigation measures.

• Understand impact of proposed legislative change to 905(c)
