The program will provide a discussion of some of the hidden gems and pitfalls in the Build Back Better Act. The speakers will dive into some of the technical challenges in the GILTI, BEAT and foreign tax credit provisions as well as discuss some of less high profile but equally important provisions impacting multinationals as well as individuals.
By the end of this session, participants will have a:
- Better understanding of the status of the Build Back Better Act
- Better understanding of the important international tax provisions impacting multinationals and individuals
- Better understanding of potential planning opportunities in preparation for enactment
