The popularity of SPAC has gone international. Many US-based SPACs now are looking outside the US to make acquisitions. Cross-border SPAC transactions involves many tax considerations which must be addressed right from initial negotiations leading up to a deal and continuing to closing and integration - a key strategy for a successful acquisition.

Join us on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 12pm-1pm EDT (via Zoom platform). Our speakers will discuss current hot tax issues in international SPACs and share insights why SPAC deals will cross borders.
