IFA is very pleased to offer a joint event put together by the Canada, Mexico and USA YIN branches.
Each of Canada, Mexico, and the United States has a new head of state in 2025. Speakers from Canada, Mexico, and the United States will cover tax policy topics important to the new administrations in each jurisdiction, including updates about the imposition of tariffs and U.S. tax legislation.
Learning objectives:
- Learn about recent cross-border tax developments in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
- Appreciate the impacts of US tax reform legislation, the “Big Beautiful Bill,” on foreign entities.
- Understand the tariff landscape applicable to import transactions from Canada and Mexico into the United States.
