Kim Blanchard, Law Office of Kimberly S. Blanchard, P.C.                                            

Bio:

Kim Blanchard is a retired partner of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP in New York. She continues to provide tax advice under the auspices of her own firm, which concentrates on international tax issues.

Kim is a frequent speaker on international and other tax topics, and the author of many articles covering international tax. She is a former Chair of the New York State Bar Association Tax Section and past President of the International Tax Institute. She is also an adjunct professor in the graduate tax program at New York University School of Law, where she teaches a course on partnerships in the international context.
