The Eighth Annual Pacific Rim Tax Institute will be held March 8-9, 2018 at the Pullman San Francisco Bay Hotel (formerly Sofitel) in Redwood City, CA.
The theme will be Post-BEPS, and MLI Tax World.

Overview of MLI: PE, Dispute Resolution and Choices; Corporate Restructuring in Light of Tax Legislation, MLI and BEPS; Digital Economy Tax Issues; Inter-Government Cooperation: MLI, Bilateral, Treaties, Competent Authority and MAP Peer Review; Implementing Transparency: CbC Reporting and Transfer Pricing.
