Committee Summary:
The IFA USA Branch is governed by its Officers and the Executive Committee.  It also is advised by the IFA USA Branch Council, comprised of the top international tax professionals in the country, selected from the ranks of industry, law and accounting firms, and academia.  This leadership group is reelected by the IFA USA Branch membership at the Annual Meeting which taxes place on a bi-annual basis at the Annual Conference in late February/early March on even years.

The Nominating Committee is an ad hoc committee established to identify and recommend to the Executive Committee a slate of Officers, Executive Committee members, and Council Members for the upcoming term.  The slate as approved by the Executive Committee will be brought to the full membership at the Annual Meeting for approval.  The Nominating Committee has traditionally been comprised of the current president, the incoming president, the president emeritus, and other members at large as may be chosen by the current president.
