Ad hoc committee formed in 2009 to identify and analyze practices of other professioinal organizations with respect to type and amount of endowment reserves,  and use of funds from endowment to support annual operations, and to make recommendations to maximize returns for IFA USA Branch with consideration as to appropriate risk and reward.
